Every bulk cement trailer we build uses a W-shape tank split into 3 to 4 pressure vessels, so operators load different cement grades or switch to fly ash without cross-contamination between compartments.
Every bulk cement trailer we build uses a W-shape tank split into 3 to 4 pressure vessels, so operators load different cement grades or switch to fly ash without cross-contamination between compartments. Air compressors mounted on the tractor or a dedicated PTO unit push product out through discharge pipes at the rear, cutting unloading time to under an hour for a full 60 m³ load. We size the cement tanker for sale request against the customer's blower truck spec, axle rating, and route gradient before quoting a tank profile - round tanks handle rough haul roads better, W-shape tanks carry more volume per meter of chassis length.
