1. Multi compartment separated tank design, pressure resistant and wave resistant, safe and stable
The tank body is made of high-strength steel plates welded together, and the welds have undergone non-destructive testing and hydrostatic pressure testing, ensuring reliable sealing. Multiple anti wave partitions are installed inside the tank to effectively suppress liquid movement and reduce the risk of overturning during driving. Support single or multiple independent compartment designs, allowing one vehicle to transport multiple different liquids simultaneously without mixing materials, improving transportation efficiency. Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other tank materials can be selected according to the transportation medium, suitable for ordinary liquids, corrosive chemical liquids, and food grade media. 
2. Rich supporting pipeline valves, easy loading and unloading
Install loading and unloading pipelines at the bottom or side of the tank, along with standard accessories such as ball valves, manhole covers, overflow ports, emergency shut-off valves, and liquid level observation ports. Different loading and unloading methods such as bottom loading and unloading, top loading and unloading, etc. can be selected to meet the loading and unloading habits of different customers. The pipeline is resistant to medium corrosion, the sealing components are durable, reducing the risk of dripping and material loss. Optional installation of a liquid level gauge to monitor the remaining liquid capacity in the tank in real-time.

Liquid transport semi-trailer can be equipped with 2-axle/3-axle configuration, matched with well-known brand axles, air suspension/mechanical suspension, and high-strength support legs. The frame has undergone stress optimization design, with strong load-bearing capacity, lightweight structure, and increased loading capacity within the compliance range. The braking system is complete, with optional air braking and ABS anti lock braking system, meeting export safety standards. Protective barriers, mudguards, reflective signs, etc. can be selected according to target market regulations to adapt to complex road conditions such as mountainous areas and long-distance main roads.
