This vehicle is specially designed for the transportation of high viscosity and high-temperature media such as liquid asphalt, petroleum asphalt, and coal tar. It integrates thermal oil circulation heating+multi-layer insulation * * system to solve the problem of low-temperature solidification of asphalt. It is widely used in overseas highway construction, highway engineering, airport runways, municipal road maintenance, asphalt mixing plant raw material transportation and other projects. It can provide two solutions: full vehicle asphalt tank truck and asphalt semi-trailer tank truck, supporting customization according to needs and adapting to road regulations in multiple countries.

1. The tank structure is sturdy, durable, leak proof, and corrosion-resistant 
The tank body is welded with high-strength steel plates specifically designed for pressure vessels. The entire structure has undergone non-destructive testing and leakage pressure testing, and the welds are firm and reliable. The tank can be designed in an elliptical or circular shape, with a lower center of gravity and strong driving stability. Anti corrosion treatment is applied to the inner wall to adapt to long-term loading of asphalt with different grades; The exterior of the tank is covered with high-density insulation rock wool and protective outer panels, with sufficient insulation layer thickness, greatly reducing the temperature drop during long-distance transportation and minimizing repeated heating energy consumption. Even during long-distance cross-border transportation, it can maintain the fluidity of asphalt and avoid solidification and pipe blockage. 
2. Independent heating and temperature control system, stable and reliable operation 
Equipped with a fuel burner and a thermal oil circulation heating system, powered by an independent diesel generator set, it can continuously heat up while driving or stationary, with precise and controllable temperature control. The heating coils are evenly arranged at the bottom and both sides of the tank, ensuring even heating and preventing local overheating and carbonization of asphalt. The safety devices such as flameout protection and over temperature alarm are complete, easy to operate, and easy for overseas construction personnel to handle. They can be used in complex climate areas such as high temperature and high cold. 
3. Chassis and walking system, adapted to complex road conditions 
The semi-trailer asphalt tanker can be configured with 2 or 3 axles, using well-known brand axles, legs, and suspensions. It has strong load-bearing capacity and excellent shock absorption performance, and can adapt to mountainous areas and unpaved construction site roads. Valves and discharge pipelines are equipped with high-temperature resistant specialized accessories, ensuring smooth discharge and preventing blockages; Configure a complete set of safety structures such as emergency shut-off valves, overflow ports, and anti wave plates to ensure the safety of the medium during transportation and meet export certification requirements.
