1. Food grade tank, hygienic and safe, easy to clean
304 food grade stainless steel and 316L stainless steel or food grade aluminum alloy can be selected for the media contact part of the tank body. The inner wall of the tank body is polished to be smooth without dead corners, easy to hang oil, easy to breed bacteria, convenient to clean and disinfection and sterilization, and meets the requirements of food contact hygiene. The tank body is welded using automatic argon arc welding, with weld seam inspection and hydraulic pressure testing, ensuring strong sealing and preventing leakage. Install anti wave partitions inside the tank to reduce liquid shaking and improve driving stability; Support single/multiple compartment separation, one vehicle can transport multiple types of edible oil at the same time, avoiding mixing. 
2. Optional insulation structure, suitable for palm oil and other easily solidified oils and fats 
For low-temperature and easily solidified oil products such as palm oil, polyurethane insulation layer can be installed to reduce the temperature drop during long-distance transportation and prevent oil solidification. Customers can choose a thermal oil heating device as needed to maintain the fluidity of oil and facilitate unloading in low-temperature environments. Equipped with hygiene grade manholes, food grade ball valves, quick couplings, overflow ports, and breathing valves, all pipelines use food grade seals, with no harmful substances released, easy oil loading and unloading, and extremely low leakage losses. 
3. Stable walking assembly, suitable for long-distance main roads and complex road conditions 
The edible oil semi-trailer can be equipped with 2-axle/3-axle configuration, paired with well-known brand axles, mechanical suspension or air suspension. The high-strength frame is optimized for weight reduction design, and the effective loading capacity is increased under the premise of compliance. Standard air brake and ABS anti lock braking system, ensuring safe and reliable braking; Protective barriers, mudguards, and reflective signs can be customized according to target market regulations to adapt to various working conditions such as long-distance trunk lines, ports, factory areas, and rural roads. They have stable load-bearing capacity and strong durability.
