The tank body is made of high-strength pressure vessel steel plate welded and formed. After pressure testing and weld seam inspection, it has excellent sealing performance and prevents dust leakage. The tank body can be selected from V-shaped, W-shaped, and circular tank structures, with fluidized bed and breathable bed devices arranged inside. The scientific inclination design ensures extremely low residual discharge and reduces material waste. Wear resistant treatment is applied to the inner wall of the tank to resist continuous powder erosion; A sealed structure can prevent moisture and water, prevent cement from absorbing moisture and clumping, and is suitable for long-distance transportation in rainy and humid areas.

Configure a high-performance air compressor, which can be powered by an engine or an independent power unit. Compressed air enters the fluidized layer inside the tank to make the dry powder material fluidized, and is transported to the silo by air pressure. The unloading pipeline and valves are equipped with wear-resistant and pressure resistant fittings, ensuring smooth discharge; The entire system is easy to operate, and construction personnel can quickly get started without manual cleaning, greatly reducing labor costs and being environmentally friendly without dust pollution. Equipped with a complete set of safety protection components such as safety valves, pressure gauges, and pressure relief valves, automatic overpressure relief is provided to ensure operational safety.

Optimization and weight reduction design of the chassis to increase effective load capacity while ensuring strength; The braking system is complete, with optional air braking, meeting the safety standards of multiple countries' vehicles.
